Dad's birthday! Vegas Weekend

My Dad turned 46 yesterday so Robbie and I decided we'd come stay for the weekend! We all went out to dinner at Red Robin last night with my grandparents then back to the house to watch ironman! I have the best dad in the world, he is such an awesome person and wonderful example! I wouldn't trade him for anything. Happy Birthday Dad!

My Jimmy Newtron!

We we fourwheeling in Idaho and I swear Robbie forgot about me because all I could see ahead was the dust that was burning my eyes! Finally he pulled off to the side for a break and this is what his hair looked like! I couldn't stop laughing at him! He looks like the cartoon Jimmy Newtron or the crazy kid from the incredibles!! What a babe!!!!

This is a little preview of our apartment! We got such a good deal on it and so far it been great! Its relly quiet where we are and from our kitchen is a perfect view of the temple! It is so awesome at night!

FINALLY!

Ok so getting our internet to work was a nightmare but it seems to be working so we'll see how long it lasts! Now I KNOW there are some of you out there who are very upset with me since i haven't been updating my blog and you have made threats to delete me! so now you can get off my back (you know who you are!!)

These are just some pictures from the honey moon. Since I was sick the whole time we didnt get very many :( We went to Park City for a few days before we had to be in Morgan for the 2nd reception! We had so much fun even though we didn't get to do much. We are planning on a second honeymoon next year! Pray this time I won't be on my death bed!

A work in progress!

I know a lot of you keep asking me to update my blog and Im sorry im such a slacker! BUT we are trying to get our internet hooked up by next week so I will be able to spend those endless hours on my days off to post more! But for now- life is wonderful and moving right along! Robbie is doing great and working hard with going to school and working both fulltime. I feel bad for him but I know one day it will pay off! We are pretty sure we will be moving away from st george but it will be about a year and a half! Robbie will have to finish his school somewhere else. We'll see!! Work for me is going great! It keeps me busy but I know I should use my free time more wisely!! Im just a bum when i don't have to work!! My family is doing great and trying to get use to living in the big city! One of my best friends Heather had her little boy on the 2nd and I got to visit them yesterday and he is perfect in everyway! It was amazing to see one of your close friends starting her own little family. It was a great day!

Anyway, I wish I could post more pictures.. and I will from the wedding and honeymoon, just give me a week or so!!

Wedding (sorry its so late!!)

Our wedding day was of coarse nothing you'd expect nor planned! Of coarse I woke up sick (and not the nervous kind!) The temple was amazing and FINALLY we were sealed for time and all eternity! We headed down to Logandale for the reception and just as we got there robbie got a call learning that two of his friends (one being a groomsmen) had been in a bad accident and were being taken to the hospital. Now we didn't really know what was going on or if they were ok, but Robbie just looked so sad so I told him he could go to the hospital so he left with his dad while I sat on the bathroom floor bawling my eyes out with a reception going to start in 30 minutes!!! So after crying off all my makeup and my hair was completely flat, I forced myself to get ready again and go out there GROOMLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stood with my sister and wonderful bridesmaids and parents in a line where I greeted the guests and of coarse... cried the whole time!! I hadn't heard anything for an hour so I was so worried but there was nothing I could do! Robbie finally got back about 15 min before the reception was supposed to end!! People started to clap as he came in! Everything was ok and the guys were still in the hospital but would be fine. What a night!! We ended up stayin there with out family and closest friends so a but longer while we cut the cake and danced just because it was our wedding day and thats just what you do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a day if you ask me! Missing husband leaves his wife after 5 hours of marriage.... Was it that big of a mistake for him!!! Oh and not to mention I may have started off sick in the morning.. come to find out I had got some infections and had reactions to other meds I was taking!! Im glad its over but I'll never forget it thats for sure!!! So enjoy what pictures we do have and if you were there that day you can laugh too! But if you weren't you can just feel bad for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha! No you can laugh too... its the Nelson luck. Maybe it'll change now that i'm a MORRISON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bridal Shower

This day couldn't have gone any better! Megan and Kelsie went through so much work and spent so much time. They are WONDERFUL bridesmaids and they mean everything to me. Its so nice really seeing the great friends you have while taking the big step into this whole new world!!!

I was so embarrassed opening gifts in front of people I'm sure I was turning bright red and Megan was loving taking the pictures of the retarded faces I was making!

July 12th was one of the best days so far!! The shower was a blast and Megan went far beyond amazing while planning! It was great seeing everyone and just being in Logandale for the day

I love my job!

Well for those who don't know.. I work with handicap elderly and I absolutely LOVE it!! I pretty much just get to hang out with them all day! We go shopping, an swimming, cooking, and we go out every Saturday just to have some fun! the guy in the picture is Adam! He is a blast! We were in the dollar store the other day and we found all the sheilds and swords gear!!!
